Lauren Fisher is a Mezzo-Soprano and member of the voice faculty at Coppell High School.  She holds a Master’s Degree in Choral Conducting from the University of North Texas and earned her Undergraduate degree in both Voice Performance and Music Education from Oberlin Conservatory of Music.  In addition to building young voices at CHS, Lauren performs professionally around the Metroplex at local churches, with The Dallas Bach Society, and conducts a women's choir.  Lauren has performed with the Fort Worth Opera Chorus and the Atlanta Opera Chorus.  She is currently a member of the Fort Worth Chorale.   Lauren was the head choir director at Colleyville Heritage HS for 4 years and served as an assistant director in Garland for 2 years and 4 years in Georgia.  She enjoys classroom and private studio teaching and finds fulfillment in helping students learn and grow as young musicians.  She is married and has two little boys who are 3 and 6.  Contact Mrs. Fisher by email at

Emily Ford is on the Voice Faculty at Coppell High School and is excited to be joining the Coppell Middle School East team as well! Originally from Canada, Emily studied opera at the renowned McGill University in Montreal, Quebec. After completing her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Vocal Performance, she moved to Dallas, Texas, where she met her husband, and singing partner in crime, Jonathan Bragg. The two were lucky enough to be cast as lead singers for Holland America Line and Silversea Cruises. Emily and her husband toured the world for three years, performing countless shows together and creating lifelong memories.  Now that they’re settled back in Dallas, Emily is thrilled to share her love of music with students. Having performed in operas, musicals, and cabarets, Emily brings a diverse musical background to her teaching. Her favorite credits including: Liesl in The Sound of Music, Luisa in The Fantasticks, Betty Schaefer in Sunset Boulevard, and Clara in The Nutcracker

Ashley Kimbrough, is a Texas based choreographer who focuses on show choirs, musicals, cheer, and drill teams. She has been working professionally for 8 years, with over 50 schools all around the state ranging from intermediate schools to high schools. Her groups have won multiple awards at all kinds of competitions, including best choreography, grand champion, and best show. She is very proud of the work she gets to do with all of her kids and is happy to get to work with such talent everyday.
